The customer service from Will and Mac was unbelievable. Mac spent so much time going through the process over and over to make sure we understood everything. Last weekend, we completed the project, and now the garage floor looks amazing. I highly recommend this place. Outstanding customer service and great products.

Rich Koesel2024-07-19The concierge at our hotel had mentioned this place and showed us an example of what they do. We thought it was interesting and so my wife called Will, the owner, who couldn't have been nicer. We set up an appointment and went with our 13 year old son. What an amazing experience. Will explained how the resin works and had a couple dozen Hawaii and pop culture related templates to use. I chose the Rebel Alliance logo, my wife a hibiscus flower, and my son the Disney character Stitch. They have SO many colors to choose from, it was kind of hard to make final selections. Will had to leave while we were working but his guys Josh, Max, and Ryder stayed to help and guide us. These guys were so gracious and patient, and gave us great advice to get the look we wanted. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend checking them out. It's a unique and fun keepsake of our Big Island vacation. I would also add that it's very reasonably priced!

Will the owner happened to be coming over to Hilo for a dinner date with his gal and offered to drop it off. If that isn’t customer service at its best!!! He delivered exactly what I needed and can’t wait to post the little bar table I am making. He was very kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone!!!!
